I mean, having good work ethic is one thing, but making a big deal about "Don't worry guys, I will take care of it!" or "I really want to be a mer-pup, but I'll graciously sacrifice this to stay behind because it's my duty!".please. I get really frustrated with Chase and how he takes everyone else's jobs.especially Zuma's! I was cool with him at first, but as I watched more episodes and noticed how he is clearly the favorite and really doesn't deserve it just because he's the police dog, isn't that great of a leader (once they finally started doing the Ultimate Rescues, I noticed he needs more direction on making decisions than the others do), and he such a kiss-a$$. So most kids are going to relate more to Zuma because they have their own version of him at home! Of the breeds on the show, the labrador is the one that's more popular to have for a family dog (research, not opinion), which means the majority of viewers are more likely to have a Lab than any of the other dogs on there. My son loves Paw Patrol and we have 6 Chocolate Labs (yes, six, yes some may say we're crazy but they are my babies too!). *I also don't understand this from a parent perspective.
